*Key Responsibilities |
· Responsible for the product design & development through suppliers, implement drawing control and documentation per APQP · 负责通过供应商进行产品设计和开发，根据APQP实施图纸控制和文档 · Manage and review validation testing as part of the design approval · 管理和审查验证测试，作为设计批准的一部分 · Document and approve any supplier deviations through change management · 通过变更管理，记录和批准供应商的任何偏差 · Communicate with global engineering to confirm the product designs to be exported to overseas markets. · 与全球工程师沟通，确认出口到海外市场的产品设计。 · Support supplier’s PPAP procedure · 支持供应商PPAP程序 |
*Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies) |
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or automotive engineering or equivalent. · 机械、机电、汽车工程或相关专业本科以上学历。 · Minimum 2 years working experience of automotive chassis product development work. · 至少2年汽车底盘产品开发工作经验。 · Knowledge of manufacturing engineering principles, practices, and processes. · 了解制造工程原理、实践和流程 · Knowledge of materials, heat tre＊＊＊ent, surface tre＊＊＊ents is preferred. · 了解材料、热特性、表面特性者优先 · Fluency in reading and written English. Mandarin is mandatory. · 英语读写流利。普通话必须 · Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines · 熟练掌握项目计划、进度安排，跟踪项目进度 |
